The member of the fund and the beneficiary – can also be used by the spouse, siblings, or children and grandchildren of the person receiving the benefit.

Documents required to be handed in upon request:

• doctor recommendation, 
• original invoice (s) issued and executed in the name of the fund member or beneficiary

Waiting time:

There is no waiting time, the amount paid can be used immediately to finance the service.
