The fund member and their beneficiaries 

Documents required when requesting this service:

• official certificate of altered mobility and inability to work or reduced mobility 
• invoices certifying the purchases of any aiding equipment or expense4s related to the altering of one’s environment to make it more comfortable with those with disabilities
