IZYS accepts healthcare re4lating services if they are contracxted with the service provider or the service provider has a contract with the National Health Insurance Fund 

The Fund, if any member suggets or requests it,  initiates the conclusion of a contract with any selected service provider. There are no costs for neither the fuind member not the service provider.  

Travel costs related to the use of health services are not eligible.
