Declining postpartum income supplement

Amount:

In the case of the Baby Care Fee (CSED), as well as the Child Care Fee (GYED): 

The difference between the previous income and the benefit received, counting the maximum amount of the benefit received. 

In the case of the Child Care Allowance (GYES):

The extent of care received. 

 

Who may acquire the service:

The member and their beneficiaries 

 

Documents required when requesting the service: 

For the Baby Care Fee (CSED) or the Child Care Fee (GYED):

  • Service request form – CSED, GYED,
  • proof of the difference between the benefit supplied and the benefit amount the benefit is based on (or documents on the amount that allow the amount to be calculated) which may be:  
    • Form – CSED and GYED supplements, which is filled in by the employer and the date of issue which may not be older than 120 days from the date of receipt at the time of receipt of the application by the Fund (in this case only the time period confirmed by the employer will be paid for in the CSED/GYED supplement service)  
      or
    • a certificate from the paying agency or employer stating that the above benefits have been paid to the claimant, the date of issue, which may not be older than 120 days from the date of receipt of the claim by the Fund. 

For Child Care Allowance (GYES): 

  • Service request form – GYES, GYET, 
  • proof of the amount of the benefit, this may be:
    • proof of payment from the paying agency or employer for the person claiming the above benefits and
    • a bank statement certifying the benefit received and the date of issue which may not be older than 120 days from the date of receipt of the claim by the Fund.  

 

Waiting time:

The individual or employer membership fee credited to the individual account must bear interest for 180 days before this service can be paid for.

The subsidy received from the employer, for the targeted service, as well as tax credit and return after payments, can be allocated immediately after payments. 

 

Other:

Payments are automatically allocated each month during the eligibility period.
